Hello Galaxy,
After what appears to be a long time in Deep Space, I have finally limped my way to Explorer's Anchorage in system Stuemeae FG-Y d7561. I don't know if I would be here right now if I had no ability to stop for repairs. The Spirit of Adventure is tough, but it is not impervious to damage from external forces of space. The one thing I have to note is how beautiful Sag A corner of space is. It is lit up by millions of stars and no city on Earth is as bright as this place.
*stomach growls*
I guess I also have to find me something to eat. I wonder if they have decent food here. My plan is to rest here a while and then continue my journey toward Beagle Point. This stop was an unexpected deviation from the planned route, but it is good to have a small station in the center of the galaxy. *chuckle* Are we the Guardians of the Galaxy? Seeing how there might not be any help for light years from Explorer's Anchorage, I will need to load up on materials needed to keep the modules in optimal shape.
*yawn* Oooh, I might need to get some sleep too. It is busy and tiring work to jump nonstop in a place where there is no daylight. Body is probably screaming like the ship's alarms when systems are out of whack.
