First Fleet Carrier Jump Away From The Bubble Pt.2

Alright, The last couple of days of this small test run into empty space were somewhat profitable but not as i expected.Back in the bubble, everywhere in so many systems people kept nudging me on how exobiology paid very well... but to be honest I'm not so sure about how good it really is...
I do know there are techniques to filter out some star systems in order to more easily find the biology that pays well, but for that I require a ship with a long range FSD, and I'm just so spoiled with the Achilles version and my tiny Courier, I'm still contemplating if I will either build a new ship just for exobio credits making(perhaps the Hauler), or modify my existing Krait Odyssey for it since its gaining dust in the hanger... (it was my first 2500ly ship)
I can pretty easily make a lot more credits per hour rescuing passengers from systems under thargoid attack...
Exploring isn't about the credits though, it is so much more then that...
My one system largest score was almost 30 species found around one gas giant in its 7 moons, the pay out was nice around 470m, but it did take me almost 3 hours to finish... those Osseus can be hard to find!
I almost crashed too, while I was descending on the sixth moon I was hit with a flashback and slammed the boost, "Oh no 3km to the surface, whats the gravity? 0.6, i might make it.. just need to angle it up.. *pushes hard on the controls* common baby you can make it come on... no! I'm too fast, my distributor isn't going to charge in time to use boost!!! *flips full pips on systems* BRACE FOR IMPACT"
The ship must have hit soft ground, 400 shield broken and only a slight hull damage.. what is luck... I was so startled I went to land to take a leak and I almost crashed AGAIN!, because I took her down too fast with the nerves, half of my hull got destroyed lol! "PAUSE! Don't touch anything" Very slowly I carefully exited the ship and stood outside looking at it for a while while I cooled down... and I was just pondering how all it takes is one boost to destroy hours of data... I got my warning... no more relaxed landings.
I decided to return home, to help with a system war effort, after a few more system explorations between carrier jumps I'm back, oh how I was already starting to miss civilization.. one day I shall explore more, perhaps a lot longer and maybe find something more worthwhile remembering.
