Next stop, CB-29 P.T.N. Profit's Prophet Skaude DR-A c2-11, Flyiedge RL-V b48-5 and nothing exciting, although first to send to EDSM
2, Flyiedge ZY-I c25-0 single star
3, Flyiedge QK-D d13-56 thought this was unitary at first, but turned out to be a trinary system, the third star out at 221k Ls. Now, this is the kind of system I need some new technology for. All basically discovered but only one mapped and no footfall. About 10 hmcw and some metal-rich bodies on B and C. Two gas giants on AB with a number of moons, some ringed. (2.5 arsenic on AB 3E & 3A; AB 3 D looks very strange.) Very few mapped, only one footfall (AB 1G). Ran around on A1 just because I could, but it was a horrendous landscape - the closer in, the more craters there were, many of them both small and deep, an odd combination. The landing scanner struggled to make sense of such complex input.
4, Flyiedge QM-K B54-8, a bunch of interesting things including a couple of gas giants with rings (one with abl) and a water world (mapped), which was also Non Terraformable (Codex entry). First seen over 5 years ago, and holds a bunch of contradictory records - presumably because it was the only one I've found so far? A bunch of hmcw and moons to the gg, one footfall.
5, Flyiedge XY-G b56-9, T Type star and another Codex confirmation; in a binary with a class M . Some planets around the Type T. Nothing exciting.
6, Flyiedge GG-D b58-8 and another Codex entry! Confirmation of an L-type star, in the last system in Flyiedge. I wish I knew more about how the Codex works; I think the records are for the ones I have seen, not the ones that anyone has seen. I'm not sure what use this is. Ice worlds and a couple of hmcw; the dwarf in a binary with a class M.
7, and into a new territory, SKAUDE QO-I B5. It's close to the dark blot against the Milky Way, with another couple of nebulae nearby. couple of gas giants, one with rings and water based life. Nothing exciting in the moons; discovered but nothing scanned or landed. The nebulae are showing up as anti-emissions in the FSS now.
8, Skaude ZV-E b2-1 everything scanned, mapped and footfell (?) - we must be getting close to "civilisation".
9, Skaude DR-A c2-1 And we're here! Only 9 jumps this time. 5 gas giants in this system, along with the carrier. It's quite a long way out, about 1200 Ls; it's in the rings of the first gas giant (also the first planet) and this appears to be an activing mining system. It seems to be pretty quiet though, considering; no faction state and BL at 100%. 1.1MCr for carto data, not too shabby. And 100k bonus for the Codex discoveries.
