3310-09-17 - Personal Log:-Been a while since I've done one of these.
The war is raging on, we have taken down all but two of the titans at the cost of countless lives.
After fighting and even doing some bombing runs on a couple of the bastards I decided to head out.
I was cutting it too fine, too many near misses, too many fellow pilot's blowing up in my face at the hands of the bugs...
So, I parked the Carpathia somewhere along the front lines and caught a Apex shuttle back to the Nomadic and damn if she doesn't feel like home.
I'm roughly 3000lys out of the bubble now. stopped to see a few sights but still flying through explored systems.
I really needed this though... I can't wait to stop and be the first to smell a flower on a backwater world no one has even stepped on before.
I've needed the peace and quiet.
