Liberty's Last Army is a  private corporation originally based out of the Don system. LLA is composed of commanders ranging from battle-scarred war heroes, to smuggling scoundrels. No matter what walk of life they come from, all of them have one thing in common. The desire to protect freedom in independent space from the two large powers ever encroaching on free systems. Originally a team of rag-tag CMDR's from both Federal and Empire space, this company was formed to make some money in the Don system. However, their interests gradually changed as increased Federal security was enforced in their home, and on their business. This eventually contributed to the nationalizing of their home station (Alcala Station) by an outside Federal corporation, who had different plans in mind for the future of Don. Now LLA acts as contingents of frontier justice to those who can pay the right price. So if you need a job done fast, reliably, and with a smidgen of honor, LLA is your corp.
