The Lunari Consortium was founded in 3150 as a private security company, headquartered in Armstrong Anchorage on the Moon. Over the years, the company grew and secured several contracts with the Federation to secure several Federal military and civilian installations throughout the Sol system. In June of 3307 the Board of Directors became concerned with Federal Proactive Detection Bureau. Uneasy with being forced to provide the private information of their clients to the government they decided to remove the stanch pro-government CEO Warren Idaho from his position. The following month, Orvell Bell was named CEO and he immediately began looking for and answer to the crisis. In November, it was announced that the military division of the company would be split off as Lunari Security under the control of Tarrant Hightopp. The civilian division would be merged with the Andromedae Adventurers, a small but wealthy fraternal society. The merger took place on 06 December 3307.

Believing ignorance to be the greatest danger to humanity as they continued their expansion among the stars, the Andromedae Adventurers we’re formed in 3306 by retired Federation Auxiliary Admiral Scopulus Andreas. While the major powers bickered and fought amongst themselves, the Thargoids continued to threaten, held at bay by a brave few. Or maybe those few were the ones provoking the fight. More information was needed. And what other threats existed unseen in the galaxy? Or what new resources? The Adventurers made it their mission to explore and exploit the galaxy for the benefit of all humanity. To find a way to coexist peacefully with other civilizations or to protect human civilization from them.

Together, they formed a paramilitary squadron to further their guiding concepts of Adventure, science, exploration, and innovation. They have formed several divisions each with a core mission. There is a place for everyone in the Andromedae Lunari Cooperative.
