Born as a group of pilots, a council of peers, led by a centurion, had taken control of a lesser star system. Once used as a warehouse and safe harbor after the missions, it has recently welcomed many refugees from neighboring systems, in full war. Each member is assumed responsibility for a colony each, organizing it in the first construction projects. After that they remained in office as custodians of their own colony, effectively creating a feudal system. Now the system itself is specialized in the trade and manufacture of goods brought back from the military campaigns of the Italian Legion.
