Eotienses Citizens' Forum is the Imperial governmental body tasked with the administration of the Eotienses system. E.C.F. is directly under the command of Imperial Senator Denton Patreus, whose family colonized Eotienses A3 in 2288 and has ruled the system uninterrupted for the last 1,021 years. Under their leadership, the colony grew to become the home of 6.5 billion people. After a popular vote, the Patreus family, with the support of their people, formally requested to join the Empire, and became part of the most rapidly growing superpower in the galaxy early in its history, securing an important place in Imperial politics. Today, E.C.F. serves as an extension of the Patreus family's will, ensuring everything runs like clockwork in the system and providing for the people who call Eotienses home. The Governor of Eotienses, currently Carl Cleveland, operates as the head of the executive branch, while a council of the most powerful noble families native to Eotienses and appointed by the Senator act as legislators. Many have described the Council of Nobles as being "Patreus' own royal court", and the exact identity of many members, as well as how many there are, is kept highly classified. The councils long term objectives are maintaining control over Eotienses, defending and expanding Imperial space, especially Imperial systems under Patreus' authority, and supporting the Senators plans to eventually weave the Patreus family into the royal House of Duval through marriage, much like the Lavigny family has done today. Silver Universal PLC is the public investment fund of the government, responsible for managing all governmental investments made into foreign entities, and Silver Universal owns a private fleet responsible for defending corporate assets. E.C.F. is working towards putting more local real estate under the direct management of Silver Universal, protected by Imperial Security and the company's naval forces. Recently, Eotienses Citizens' Forum has also sent its private fleet to engage invading Thargoids in Imperial and allied space, and holds a seat on the Advisory Council of Aegis. E.C.F. has built an embassy to Aegis in the Rabh system. Rescue ships and medical equipment have been donated to the Imperial Rescue Service to help citizens from all corners of the Empire endure the alien siege.
