Well known for his quote "UUUUUUAH, stop shooting at me!". Now collecting his Troop in this System to stumble a bit more to the outermost ends of the galaxy.
Randall Flagg was formerly known for his rapid retreat maneuver the "rabbit-ensign", with his all known pet "The sheep".
