The independent/outlaw extension of the Mercenary Union. It's existence serves a purpose of popularizing on foot and in-person combat among a mostly chair-ridden commander community. Applicants will have the chance of organically participating in winged pvp against various groups fighting for various factions within and outside the union. Professionalism is a prerequisite, which means to keep your emotions off the battlefield, and respect your opponent, no matter how much they lack said qualities in worst case scenarios. You're not a psychiatrist, you're a widowmaker.

If you feel this applies to your preferences, here's the link to the Mercenary Union's network. Follow recruitment procedures, and let us know if you're here to join the outfit.

The Void Raven Outfit History
The Carcosa system, nestled in the Colonia region, had borne witness to five long years of relentless conflict. The stars above Carcosa had seen a ceaseless barrage of battles, the clash of ideologies reflected in dark expanse. In the outlaw sanctuary Tortuga, Vandaahl, a squadron member with a unique perspective, extended an unexpected olive branch to an old rival of the anarchists. Recognizing the inevitability of another conflict, Vandaahl initiated this diplomatic maneuver with the intention of securing and consolidating their hold over the system.

Guided by a clandestine directive, said rival, cmdr Smoke found himself navigating the intricate web of the shadowy network, his destination being the hub of the anarchic Nameless, that also acted as a war room of Loren's Reapers, a squadron long affiliated with the faction. The air hummed with tension as the representatives, separated by years of animosity, engaged in a dialogue that went beyond the confines of old hatreds. Smoke listened, and for the first time, understood the motivations and grievances of the anarchists. Smoke has never truly had personal differences with the current opposition, the old leadership was the entity that moved him to join forces against the anarchists in the first place, and now his goal was to gather the key figures from both sides who had been present when the war ignited over five years ago. The factions were not static entities; they evolved, transformed by the currents of time. With careful diplomacy, Smoke managed to convene the prominent figures of the past. Together, they stood as living witnesses to the history of Carcosa, a history marred by bloodshed and strife. Smoke conveyed the realization that the war had become meaningless, a cycle perpetuated without any purpose. The anarchists could retain control over their star system, provided they adhered to the terms of the agreement of not expanding past their home system. It was a delicate balance, a compromise that neither side had initially envisioned but one that promised an end to the perpetual conflict. The war had finally ended, not through the might of weapons, but through the resilience of diplomacy.

And so, Carcosa witnessed a new chapter unfolding - a chapter marked by the end of hostilities. A chapter that has lead to a mass- and permanent exodus of warriors from the fields of war, as they've had their fill of it, recognizing the blissfulness of peace for the first time after nigh a decade. There was one exception to these warmongers from the Nameless side, that being Nathan Atterlein, who ultimately have left this remote civilization behind to finally return home to the tombstones of his privateer past.

With the experience of battle and the cunning of a merc, he was wandering from station to station to find something. A cause to stand behind after all he's let go of, and after a while searching for a new purpose, he ran into someone in Harma. A Commander codenamed: Atlantose. He knew he is the right person to affiliate with because he gave off a brilliant scientist and experienced pilot vibe, along with an eerie sense of nostalgia and deja vu. The two became friends and started to work together more frequently. From Atlantose's contacts, there was a prominent commander Lukus Criitu, doing mercenary work in Utopia, who decided to start a union of mercs across all factions. As Nathan sensed this as the next possible outlet for his combat exercises, he ultimately joined and founded the Void Raven Outfit of this newly established network.
