The Intergalactic Mining Union is an unaffiliated, alliance and faction free organisation built on providing a central hub for miners throughout the galaxy. So regardless of your Faction, Power Pledge, PG or Platform, here is where we need to be.



By bringing together some of the greatest known minds in the industry, we have given The Union the ability to provide and develop as much information possible to leave at your disposal, in the hope that it will give those new to the trade the helping hand they need.



At the same time we also aim to give you 'Well Dusted' miners the necessary access to share and develop both your own and our own ways of mining, thus providing even further knowledge for the community.



Most importantly we aim to provide the community that we and the mining industry so desperately seek.



Since 3301, the industry was held up by a morsel of the Commanders willing to make a living through the days of manual scooping. Midway through 3302 there was a spike which saw mining become more accessible to the masses through limpet collectors and has since slowly increased with more and more Commanders wanting to see what it is all about.



It is now 3304.



Observation over these years is that there are plenty of us.



Unfortunately, we lose many prospects simply by individuals beginning alone in their attempts and succumbing to frustration.



The second observation is that for all there are plenty of us, lack of communication means we are spread across the galaxy and for the majority we seem alone in the black with limited access to the like-minded.



By bringing the mining industry under one roof, the Intergalactic Mining Union aims to rectify break through these barriers and provide for the community by pulling together the community.



We're not a faction. We're not pledged. We are simply a purpose built community to bring Commanders together through one common cause.
