The League of Free Commanders was established on the 1st April 3306 by Commander Hills77 and Commander KingySloth. They designed the League to be a training squadron for pilots who have just obtained their Pilot's License or who wanted to expand on their existing knowledge.

The League has a motto: Learn, Adapt, Excel.  We apply this belief to all aspects of the game from Mining, to Exploration to BGS Manipulation in our little corner of space.  We have Commanders experienced in all aspects of the game ready to pass on their knowledge to the next round of new commanders.

The League is completely Independent and has no affiliation to a Power or Superpower.  However, our members are free participate in PowerPlay for the Power of their choosing, but do so without the support of the League proper.  Also, members are free to pirate and attack civilian NPCs.  Unprovoked attack of other players is strictly forbidden.

The Leage hosts weekly events to promote comradery and encourage our members to try new activities.  The League regularly holds:

• Hauling Events to complete high paying wing missions
• Bounty Huntnig trips to a resource extraction site, to teach the basics of combat
• Mining trips to the latest hotspot, which will now be supported by the Squadron Fleet Carrier
