Introduction
Welcome to the Voyager Expeditionary Corps. Our primary goal is to explore the region outside of inhabited space in groups. In addition to our goal of exploring, our time within the Bubble is spent ensuring the freedom of individuals, supporting democratic rule and pushing out oppressive regimes. Those interested in taking part in our expeditions or supporting Voyager should join our Discord server here: https://discord.gg/2DamtFt

Background
Voyager Expeditionary Corps was founded in 3306 by Commander Gregor Fujiwara in the Wolf 1431 system. His objective in creating Voyager was to promote cooperative expeditions into uninhabited space, in order to more safely navigate the Milky Way. While personally aligning with the Alliance, Commander Fujiwara decided against requiring the same allegiance to others who wished to join, making Voyager Expeditionary Crew independent of any faction. Regardless of this independence, Fujiwara was determined to promote Alliance ideals through Voyager, seeing them as essential to the group's primary objective.

Operation
Voyager Expeditionary Corps operates around a structure designed to be broken down into smaller units. Each individual expeditionary is assigned to an Expedition Wing of 4, led by an Expedition Lead. These wings can be combined to create an Expedition Group of 12, led by a Senior Expedition Lead. Larger groups than 12 are not currently formalized but could be led by higher-ranking officers.

Wings and Groups can either be assigned an expedition goal by a superior or select one for themselves. An expeditionary can begin an expedition on their own, although it is generally encouraged that they proceed with larger groups than this.
