We are the Cosmic Mini Yacht Klub
Or CMYK for short.
The commanders in our squadron are mostly connected by being friends of friends who also play Elite.
Also most of our jobs being in the fields of graphic design/Web design/UI Design/photography and the like.
Besides that of course our love for anything space and science fiction related unites us.
In short we are as colorful as the CMYK color space.
And Yes the Full Name is just so that we can have the abbreviation like that.

Our goal as a group is to have all kinds of cosmic adventures and fun together.
To that end we strive to have a relaxed environment and chilled after work atmosphere.
That is why our Motto is “Ad Astra per Gaudium”
It loosely translates to “To the Stars with joy”
MINI
Yeah we are a small group of friends who found each other through mutual friends.
But we are always open for new Members.
If you played for years and looking for a new chill group
or if you are new to the game hoping to learn.
We got you covered. Come Say Hi!
YACHT
Well...only some of the ships in our roster might be called that.
But overall we fly everything from Eagles to Anacondas.
We have Veteran Players willing to train and help new commanders in any way they can,
as well as some fresh commanders always looking for something to do.
KLUB
We are absolutely not some kind of closed club in that sense!
We are open to anyone and welcome any playstyle.
We have a very flat Rank structure which just serves as an organisational tool.
But on the whole we are all equal Commanders. Just with different levels of experience InGame.
We only ask that everyone respects each other and have fun together.

In game we have a squadron set up and we are based in the Imperial System HR 943.
On Paper we are affiliated with the Empire but any commander flying with us can do whatever they want.
We do not actively participate in the politics and background simulation of the game.
