MADDISON Interstellar was founded in the late 3200's in the small Federal system of Frigaha, with a secondary headquarters in the nearby LTT 15574 System.

The corporation's early years consisted of running security escorts for mining vessels in and around Federal space close to the core systems. Since then it has built up its assets and expanded into logistical and fleet support operations. Due to its massive success in the early years of the 3300's for its impressive combat portfolio, the company was officially registered and acquired by the Federal Navy.

In 3306, for its immense service to the Federal Navy; the corporation was awarded the operating contract of a Victory-class Fleet Carrier known as FNS Maddison (B6J 8VZ). It's rumoured that the corporation may be in the process of acquiring more carriers to strengthen its operational status and presence across human space.

MADDISON Interstellar is known for its highly diplomatic approach to foreign relations. Despite its founding and support within the Federation, the Corporation has been known to assist Independent systems and other Superpowers in times of need, with the interest of Superpower cooperation and warming relations being a top priority; only resorting to armed conflict as an absolute last option. A famous saying of "Credits have no allegiance" is often said throughout the ranks of the Corporation.

The Corporation is always open to coalitions and proposals of mutual benefit.

MADDISON Interstellar's official stance on the Thargoids is one of hostility. The Corporation boasts a specialist wing of Anti-Xeno vessels and has assisted in the Thargoid War in both Combat and Humanitarian support.
