About Us
Founded in 3019 by Arthur Blylek as a small delivery service, Arthur took to the stars with a small fleet and a big dream. Our first generation of pilots were known as Shadow Chasers, dubbed for their long hours spent in outer space chasing shadows cast across the galaxy. It was our founder's vision "To do more beyond the stars" and for over 280 years, our company has fulfilled that dream. As we continue to revolutionize our mobility fueled by the challenges of human expansion, the legacy and heart embraced by the Shadow Chasers continues to be our driving factor.
Our History
For over 280 years, the Shadow Corporation has answered humanity's call. Originally organized as an aerospace delivery service known as "Lightspeed Delivery " our company grew by supporting others through acquisitions and repurposing. In 3060 Lightspeed Delivery acquired multiple struggling airlines to exponentially increase its fleet. When medicines and famine struck Federation systems, Lightspeed Delivery not only provided the goods, but further streamlined the process by acquiring multiple pharmaceutical and manufacturing corporations to speed development and production of much needed medicine and food supplements. With new business ventures, Lightspeed again made changes to repurpose a portion of its fleet to mine goods to support its manufacturing needs. From transport shipping to manufacturing, to mining and security services, Lightspeed Delivery outgrew its name. Embracing the characteristics of its Shadow Pilots, the Shadow Corporation was founded, with its official name change in the year 3099.
Throughout history the Shadow Corporation has changed, evolved, and added new and exciting business branches to its ranks. In 3125 when the First Thargoid War erupted, Shadow Company commissioned a newly formed branch to its business ventures yet again. The addition of the Wander Reaper Mercenary Pilots Squadron soon became yet another branch of our ever growing family. In 3225, the Shadow Corporation evolved again to become the Wander Reaper Shadow Corp. For almost a century the Wander Reaper Shadow Corp has worked underneath to branch itself out and answer the questions to humanity’s greatest challenges.
With divisions in trade, security, exploration, and manufacturing, The Wandering Reapers Shadow Corp. is continuing to "do more beyond the stars."
