Rules (EN)
- MUST - Be excellent to each other - polite, tolerant, respectful. See Rule Nr. 1 - spelled out for details. I mean it - read it!
- MUST - Treat everybody based on their behaviour, not what (you think) you know about them - age, sex, gender, ethnicity, nationality... (really a part of Rule 1, but I wanted to mention this explicitly).
- MUST - Don't kill other players unprovoked and/or without consent - we really do not like gankers.
- Nice - Connect in the game, Discord and Inara with the squadron and the other members (add as friends).
- Nice - Set your commander name as the nickname on Discord.
- Nice - Put gender pronouns into your Discord profile to indicate how you would like to be addressed! E.g. "she/her", or "he/him", or "they/them"... or any other.
- Nice - take wing/team missions if possible and share them with squad mates, especially the "lower ranks" who need the money, reputation etc. more than the "old hands".
- Hierarchy: We want this squadron to be as fair and democratic as possible. Every voice is equal, everybody has the same "weight". (Exceptions are the votes for warnings (see below), or if a final hard decision has to be taken in cases of conflict, in which case the High Marshal and the Herald retain the right to take it.)
