Our strange expressions - so we do not have to explain things a hundred times.

Ana'ism
Nobody else wanted to write this, so I (Ana) have to do it myself, although I'm kinda on the receiving end here...
"Ana'ism" is used by squadron members when I (or another mod on the Discord server) makes it clear a given topic should be discussed in a specific channel/thread, possibly creating that thread at the same time, in order to keep the main channels a bit more organised.
To me, calling "Ana'ism" is the equivalent of kids pouting when being sent to clean up their room...

"do a Cubeq" or "to cubeq"
Named after one squadron member famous for utilising this approach, "being a Cubeq", "to do a Cubeq" or simply "to cubeq" means to ask a question which could be answered very quickly and easily without another person by a really fast research or in many cases, by just reading the last few lines in the chat.

PSS or "Polish shitstorm"
Coined shortly after we took on two new members from Poland who constantly squabbled about the most meaningless things, cussing and swearing like there's no tomorrow, and calling each squabble and minor discussion a "shitstorm". We quickly came to refer to these incidents, which could fill pages in any channel on our server, as "Polish shitstorms" or PSS for short.

Self-respacing commander
Discussing the known exploit for "fast travel back to the bubble" (self-destruct your ship - ideally an un-engineered Sidewinder - and decline to rebuy it will place you in a stock Sidewinder in your starting system in the bubble, no matter where you triggered the self-destruct), Ana claimed that no "self-respecting commander" would risk their life in this way - just hoping some search&rescue ship would pick up your escape pod somewhere out in the dark.
Jaz did not care, and thus emerged the expression "self-respacing commander" (as in blowing themselves into space) as opposed to "self-respecting commander".

Yurier
A name for an Imperial Courier built for racing, which originated from a 45 minute long manhunt of Aljaz hunting Foxi, after Foxi made fun of Aljaz' typo, which stated the Imperial Courier as the "Yurier"
