C-1 Rank and Role
Senior Officers |
Sky Marshal- Sky Marshal is the face and personality of UCF and is primarily responsible for moral and providing motivation. Sky Martial is in charge of determining what parts of UCF history and lore are to be chronicled.
Deputy Sky Marshal- The Deputy Sky Marshal is the Administrator to the Sky Martial. Deputy Sky Martial acts as a right hand to UCF and is most responsible for managing requests from other officers and keeping Sky Martial up to date with changes that occur down the chain.
Senior Air Marshal- The Senior Air Martial serves much like a quarter master, acting on behalf of Citizens in the presence of leadership. The Senior Air Martial is also responsible for managing the roster, tracking "time in service" promotions and reserving inactive Citizens. Senior Air Martial can act in place of Deputy Sky Martial
Chief Air Marshal- The Chief Air Martial is responsible for creating, planning, tracking and maintaining operations. He is the primary admin for missions and know as "The BGS Guy"
Air Marshal- Air Martial's are Squad leaders. They are responsible for managing and maintaining their assigned squadrons. This include nominating and promoting Senior Enlisted Citizens to the grad of Junior Officer.

Captain- Captains are Flight Commanders and the primary Recruiters for UCF. They are responsible for maintaining their flight's ranks, nominating and promoting junior enlisted citizens to seniors.
Commander- Commanders are the second in command of their flights. They Assist in all of their respective Air commodores duties and act as replacements.

Sergeant- Sergeants are "wing" commanders and as such are responsible for organizing groups while on and off mission.
Corporal- Corporals are secondary "wing" commanders they share the same responsibilities as their seniors and are the next in line.

Spaceman- Spacemen are the facilitators and advocates of their flights. They are responsible for training recruits and familiarizing them with UCF Policies and Doctrines. Chief Spacemen must be Citizens* for 120 days before promoting (Special Nominations can be made, Performance and dedication to your role will be taken into consideration.)
Spaceman Apprentice- Spacemen Apprentice's are the most important Citizens of all. Spacemen are the primary work force of The United Citizen Federation. They are expected to execute all mission specific needs. Spacemen must be Citizens* for 60 days before promoting.
Reserve- Reserves are considered inactive members. when recruits are promoted they skip this rank. A citizen must be absent for 30 days before automatically being demoted to Reserve. When the member returns they will re-achieve the rank of spaceman and must maintain this rank for no less than 7 days, at which point their service will be evaluated and upon approval may retain their previous rank provided it is available
Astronaut- Astronauts are new members. Their job is to study UCF Policies and learn our doctrines. Recruits must be members for 30 days and assigned to a flight before promoted.
*Members are not Citizens until they have joined a Flight. It is entirely possible to Maintain your membership with UCF without joining a flight though you will never promote above Recruit.
