1.THE GOALS OF THE FLEET
1.1.Our Main Goal is to Protect the Imperial space from any bad behavior, like Griefers/Grankers and any hostile Pilots which are not considering with the Rules and Politcs of the Empire!
1.2.Secondary Goals
1.2.1.Extend the Imperial Power and Politcs to other Enemy Areas!
1.2.2.Extend and Defend the Controlled Systems of OUR Faction!
1.2.3.Save & Protect Human habitable space from any hostile threads or powers!
2.BEING A MEMBER OF THE FLEET
2.1.Use the SIGN "TEF" (for PVP ship) or "INV" (for PVE ship) in front of your Shipnames - So our allies will recognise us!
2.2. Any way of a "combat-log" is not compatible with the behavior of the Fleet
2.3.you need to join the Fleet on the Inara.cz/Wing/2198 webpage.
2.4.we highly recommend to you that you'll use the Discord app, for a better communication

3.IDEOLOGY
3.1.The behavior of Grieving/Ganging, is any hostile action including intercepting, against any not-weaponised ship,or weaponised ship without any agreement on both sides; except both pilot's factions are in status of war.
3.2.Defending the Empire and the glory of our Empress is the highest goal of every pilot within The Fleet
4.RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
4.1.ANY actions or Propaganda against The Empire & THE EMPIRES FLEET including our Allies is Not acceptable and will be punished!
4.2.ANY hostile actions; including intercepting, attacking without any agreement on both sides, behaving of griefing/granking; against Our Pilots or the pilots of our Allies is Not acceptable and will be punished!
5.RANKS AND THEIR WORK
5.1.General Level Members
5.1.1.be responsible for The Fleet and all it's members
5.1.2.Managing the representative and the useful tools of our Political instruments. (Inara, Discord, XboxClubs)
5.1.3.Working on/helping and introducing the Events of the Fleet in any way.
5.1.4.taking care of the recruitment; give promotions to the Members; building up wings & squadrons with agreement of the related Admirals; recruit new pilots to the Fleet.
5.1.5.taking care of our strategies, alliances and political goals in pve&pvp
5.2.Admirals Level
5.2.1.be responsible for your Squadron and all it's members.
5.2.2.taking care of the recruitment; building up wings with agreement of the Generals; recruit new pilots to the Fleet.
5.2.3.Give all Informations and Orders you get from the Generals Level to the Wingleaders you are responsible for.
5.3.Wingleader
5.3.1.be responsible for your Wing and all it's members.
5.3.2. Give all Informations and Orders you get from the Admirals Level to the Pilots you are responsible for.

1. Die Ziele der Flotte
1.1 Unser Hauptziel ist es den imperialen Raum vor jedem schlechten Benehmen zu schützen, wie Griefern/Gankern und alle feindlichen Piloten, die sich nicht an die Regeln und Richtlinien des Imperiums halten.
1.2 Sekundäre Ziele
1.2.1 Erweitern des imperialen Raums und Politik auf feindliche Gebiete.
1.2.2 Verteidigung der kontrollierten Systeme der Fraktion.
1.2.3 Bewahren des von Menschen bewohnbaren Raumes vor feindlichen Zielen und Mächten.
2. Ein Mitglied der Flotte
2.1 Verwendet den Schiffstag "TEF" (für PVP-Schiffe) oder "INV" (für PVE-Schiffe) vor eurem Schiffsnamen damit unsere Verbündeten uns erkennen.
2.2 Jegliche Form des "Combatlog" (z.B. Ausschalten der Konsole) wird nicht tolleriert.
2.3 Es muss sich dem Wing unter inara.cz/wing/2198 angeschlossen werden.
2.4 Wir empfehlen dringend die Nutzung der App "Discord" um eine bessere Kommunikation zu gewährleisten (Verfügbar für Smartphones und PC, der Einladungslink ist bei dem jeweiligen Wingleader/Admiral/General zu erfragen).
3. Ideologie
3.1 "Griefing/Ganking" beschreibt jede feindliche Aktion einschließlich des Abfangens von nicht-bewaffneten Schiffen als auch von bewaffneten Schiffen ohne dies zuvor gemeinsam zu vereinbaren (außer beide Spieler-Fraktionen befinden sich im Krieg zueinander).
3.2 Verteidigen des Imperiums und der Ruhm unserer Kaiserin ist das höchste Ziel jedes Piloten innerhalb der Flotte.
4. Regeln des Engagements
4.1 Jegliche Aktionen oder Propaganda gegen das Imperium und The Empires Fleet einschließlich unserer Verbündeten ist nicht akzeptabel und wird bestraft werden.
4.2 Jegliche feindlichen Handlungen (einschließlich Abfangen, Angriff ohne beidseitiger Vereinbarung, "Griefing/Ganking") gegen unsere Piloten oder die Piloten unserer Verbündeten ist nicht akzeptabel und wird bestraft.
5. Ränge und ihre Arbeit
5.1 General Mitglieder
5.1.1 Verantwortlichkeit für die Flotte und all Ihre Mitglieder
5.1.2 Verwaltung der Repräsentanten und nützlichen Werkzeuge. (Inara, Discord, XboxClubs)
5.1.3 Arbeit/Hilfe und Bekanntgabe der Ereignisse der Flotte in jeglicher Weise.
5.1.4 Überwachung der Rekrutierung, Beförderung von Mitgliedern, Aufbau von Geschwadern und Wings mit Zustimmung der zuständigen Admirale, und Rekrutierung neuer Piloten für die Flotte.
5.1.5 Überwachung der Strategien, Allianzen und politischen Ziele im PVE & PVP.
5.2 Admiräle
5.2.1 Verantwortlich für das Geschwader und dessen Mitglieder.
5.2.2 Überwachung des Recruitments, Wings gründen mit Zustimmung der Generäle, Rekrutierung neuer Piloten für die Flotte.
5.2.3 Geben alle Informationen und Aufgaben der Generalebene an die Wingleader weiter für welche sie verantwortlich sind.
5.3 Wingleader
5.3.1 Verantwortlich für den Wing und dessen Mitglieder.
5.3.2 Geben alle Informationen und Aufgaben der Admiräle an die Mitglieder weiter für welche sie verantwortlich sind.
