Executive Order 007: Dictator (33030801)

The President of LHS 2931 recently contacted my office, inquiring why I contracted the Hugi Shipyards in the Hugi System to build the new RSS Titanic, and not local LHS shipyards such as Wellworth Heavy Engineering. I informed him that pricing in System was simply too high to continue. Having heard this, he declared that if the Red Star Line wishes to keep its homeport, that we will only do business with government owned businesses in LHS 2931.
We now believe there are spies in our midsts, reporting on our dealings with Hugi, which would explain the President’s knowledge of our goings-on. All Commanders are hereby warned to remain on guard when dealing with LHS government officials, but are encouraged to continue as normal.
