Official Coding Of Conduct For The Hellfighters
I. Any Independent pilot aligned to a major power shall not be discriminated against based upon their alignment; So long as their intentions are noble and steadfast in the pursuit of procuring freedom for others, all CMDRs are welcome to join the ranks.II. Actions that may go against the core Ethos may be punishable by expulsion from The Hellfighters. However, a fair and reasonable explanation for these actions, coupled with a good intentioned justification, can be dismissed without any censure.
III. Pilots who are members of the Hellfighters are not bound to participate in any operations, save for high ranking individuals and the occasion of an operation that is marked as high priority... and any and all Hellfighters who may wish to assist allies and approved factions are not only allowed, but are wholeheartedly encouraged to do so. Failure to participate will not result in any action taken against independent pilots, but they are encouraged to do so.
IV. Respect, maturity, and due dilligence is essential and imperative to The Hellfighters. Good fun and horseplay is allowed so long as it does not interfere with operations and/or the rules laid out for members and CMDRs. However, excessive immaturity and lack of respect will result in termination from The Hellfighters, and alienation from our activities and other members.
V. Comradery is important. All CMDRs should abstain from speaking about Real Life politics, and other conversation topics that may cause discord within the ranks.
VI. The Hellfighters are not role players; we are Pilots who seek purpose, organization, and a place to find cooperation. Preserve this, and seek to improve and help others.
VII. Any suggestions, recommendations, or ideas for our systems put into place are welcome. Don't be afraid to ask.
VIII. We do not tolerate griefing in any form, period. Griefing will result in termination and placement onto a watch list that will be posted on the documents page.
