Condottieri - The Squadron Commander
Medjay - Deputy Squadron Commanders
Hessian - Chief of Staff
Ninja - Operations Officer
Saika - Flight Group Leader
Gallowglass - Flight Leader
Regular Members;
Hussar - Veteran Pilots (18 points) + 60 days in Squadron
Stradioti - Senior Wingman (15 points) + 30 days in Squadron
Ghurka - Wingman (12 points) + 10 days in Squadron
Sileraioi - Pilot (9 points)
Varangian - Co-Pilot (6 points)
Fleming - Reservist (3 points)
Almogavar - Recruit (0 points)
Promotions
Promotion is at the discretion of the Condottieri and may be recommended by any Commissioned Officer. If you believe that you are eligible for promotion, please notify any serving Officer, and be ready to provide proof where required.
Regular members will be eligible for promotion by achieving the requisite number of any of the following milestones;
Destroy 1000 ships (Ship Slayer achievement)
Destroy 100 Elite ranked ships (Elite... Dangerous achievement)
Discover a planet (Kepler's Eye achievement)
Complete 250 missions (Mission Accomplished achievement)
Refine 10 tonnes of Painite (Painite in the Asp achievement)
Sell goods at 250 different markets (Super Market Sweep achievement)
Achieve Elite rank in any discipline (1 point for each Combat, Trade, Exploration, CQC)
Visit Hutton Orbital (deliver a Mug to each serving officer as proof)
Unlock 5/10/15/20/25 Engineers (1 point for every 5 engineers unlocked)
Get Hyperdicted by a Thargoid (screenshot required as proof)
Visit Colonia (screenshot required as proof, or unlock Colonia engineers)
Visit Sagittarius A (Centre of the Galaxy achievement)
Achieve rank of King with the Imperial Navy
Achieve rank of Admiral with the Federal Navy
Own a Fleet Carrier
Commissioned Officers will be drawn from the best and most dedicated regular members who have achieved Stradioti or Hussar ranks.
