Steel Wolves Organization
Note: The department you are in doesn’t limit you to other activities within Elite Dangerous. It is just to denote your preferred gameplay and for Orders issued by CommandThe Pack (BGS Division)
This unit of the Steel Wolves are the pilots primarily focusing on the politics within Steel Wolves space. They are the core combat pilots and merchants that seek to expand the Steel Wolves across the stars.
Available roles: Combat, merchant, Miner
The Rogue Wolves (Casual player Division)
This unit of the Steel Wolves are made up of regular pilots.
Available roles: combat, merchant, explorer, miner
The Hell Hounds (anti-griefer/pvp Division)
Note: To join this Division you must have a trial by combat with another Hell Hound
This unit is primarily focused on policing and can be called on via reports of pirating and murder within the Bubble.
Department Listing
Department of Defense
- This department focuses on the pilots’ ability to fight. Whether it is taking contracts to kill pirates, mercenary work, or overall ability to keep your crosshairs line on a target these pilots will help you get the job done.
Department of Economics
- This department focuses on the commodities market. Understanding the supply and demand that systems need to make the most bang for your buck as well as finding those trade routes that make it worth space trucking.
Department of Xenobiology
- This department focuses on the Thargoid threat to humanity. These pilots not only know how to kill bugs but can teach you how to outfit your ship and teach the techniques to combat this threat so you don’t end up a smear on some Bugs’ windshield.
Department of Asset Acquisition (Training Department Only)
- This department focuses on the political nature of the Steel Wolves operations and how we take control of the various assets in a system and expand to other star systems. Though this department encompasses many others, it is a beast all its own.
Department of Foreign Affairs (Secondary Department Selection)
- This department focuses on the politics with other squadrons in the Bubble. They teach how diplomacy works within the galaxy and how to make favorable deals that benefit the Steel Wolves. They also act as diplomats to other squadrons and coalitions.
Department of Personnel Management (Secondary Department Selection)
- This department focuses on recruitment of new personnel to the Steel Wolves. How to recruit and conduct the interviews to make sure we have the quality of pilots that are here for the long haul and fit with our squadron’s dynamic.
