 Civilians are members of the faction who do not activly participate in activities with the group. They may or may not be listed on Inara/Discord and have no responsibilities to the group. |
 While a recruit, access to some tools may be limited. Requirement; Entry Rank |
 Reserve Pilots are CMDRs who for one reason or another have become inactive. Their rank will be restored when they return. |
 Limits and Privileges; - regular member (level 2) Requirement; Be in the wing for more than 1 month |
 Limits and Privileges; - regular member (level 3) Requirement; Be in the wing for more than 2 months |
 Limits and Privileges; - regular member (level 4) Requirement; Be in the wing for more than 3 months |

 Commander of up to 8 individuals. The people in this role look after their flight members and make sure they have what they need to be successful Limits and Privileges; - can create and manage their flight - limit: max 1 per 4 members Requirements; Join a Division and show enough leadership skills to be trusted in this position |
 Commander of up to 4 Flights. The people in this role carry out the orders of their Division and make sure the Flights stay on task. Limits and Privileges; - can create and manage their squadron - can create and manage any flight - can change ranks (up to Flight leader) - can create custom threads - can change discussion topics - limit: max 1 per 12 members Requirements; Join a Division and show leadership skills. Must be appointed by your respective Division Leader |
 Second in command to the Division they are a part of Responsibilities; Assist their respective Chief of Staff in running the Division they are a part of Limits and Privileges; - same as Squadron leader - can manage all squadrons - can edit discussion posts - can add/edit missions - can edit wing front page descriptions and documents - limit: max 1 per 36 members Requirements; Join a Division and be appointed by the respective leader |
 Board Members which double as Division Leaders Responsibilities; Lead their respective Division of the Corporation and run it as it's own entity Limits and Privileges; - same as Deputy wing commander - cannot edit wing properties - cannot create a coalition - limit: max 1 per 50 members Requirements; Impress current leadership enough to be offered a seat at the table and command over your own Division |
 Second in Command Responsibilities; Assisting the Wing Commander and dealing in diplomacy Limits and Privileges; - can do everything as Wing commander (except wing disband and leadership transfer) - limit: max 1 per wing Requirements; Impress the Wing Commander enough to be appointed |
 Leader of the faction Responsibilities; Look after all of the members and help shape the future of the corporation Limits and Privileges; - Can do Everything - Max 1 Per Wing Requirements; Take over the Wing |
