“渡鸦卫星”报社成立*致大博丽帝国的子民们*
受女王蕾米莉亚陛下之特许，“渡鸦卫星”报社于今日（01/Dec/3306）正式成立！
随着现世干涉计划的顺利实施，首批超距浮标已于“博丽星光火枪军”之首都Ane成功发射升空；大博丽帝国治下的跨星系电台也藉此正式投入使用。经元老会一致同意，现任神子（Doctor Reimu）已向陛下申请为天狗集团建立专线，并于今日搭建完毕；本台“渡鸦卫星”亦于同日成立。
作为天狗集团为现世特别设立之报社，本台服务于所有现世飞行员与火枪军领下全体子民，力求播报与我国有关的第一手可靠动态；还请听众密切关注本台消息。
蕾米莉亚陛下本人亲自出席了浮标发射典礼，并于神子的祝福仪式礼成后发表重要讲话：
“一个伟大的时代已然到来，一幅名为幻想乡的铁幕已就此升起、也必将笼罩在漫漫星河之上。
Ane的胜利宣告了孤立主义的落幕，祖国万万同胞于此立足；我们必须觉醒，也已经觉醒！毫无疑问，敌人无情的炮火将迎面倾泻，未来的路上布满荆棘艰险；为此，我们必须全力以赴、坚持不懈。忍受、再忍受，直到我们的脚印遍布银河那一天。
致所有怀有信念的子民们、致所有渴求变革的公民们，受至高神灵梦的庇佑，我们终将迎来富强、带来解放。以博丽之名！”

Raven Satellite Established

By the permission granted by her royal grace Queen Remilia, Raven Satellite announced its establishment officially today (01/Dec/3306).
As the Outward Intervention Policy progressed, from the capital of Hakurei Stargaze Musketeers, Ane, the very first troop of Hyper Buoys has launched successfully into space. Thus the interstellar radio of Great Hakurei Empire made its presence. Approved by the Senate without any oppose, the present Miko (Doctor Reimu) has applied for the direct line between her Majesty and Tengu Corporation. The construction is completed today as well as Raven Satellite established the very same day.

Her Majesty, Remilia attended the Buoy Launch Ceremony and made a speech after Miko performed blessing ritual to the Launch:
