火枪军正式入驻Wheelg为期一周的物资筹备已完成，博丽星光火枪军的辎重部队已成功抵达Wheelg星系并建立简易军营与驻当地大使馆；大使馆于第一时间发来贺电。
作为火枪军的第一次扩张，此次行动的顺利无疑鼓舞了帝国领下的子民，也是又一步迈向未来愿景的象征。
尽管军营与大使馆现已落成，火枪军表示后续行动还需规划整备，并拒绝透露有关消息。
今日，当地政府领导人拜访了现任神子并承认火枪军为合法议政党，并对日后的合作表示期待。他指出，Wheelg的环境改造项目与未来发展还有赖于各路人士的鼎力相助。
有政客指出，Wheelg当局的独裁作派有碍王国取得其应有地位，不公的待遇必然会导致两党矛盾升级，能否寻求合作共赢还要看神子的后续举措及对方的回应态度。
对此，外交大臣八云 蓝在会晤中公开作出回应：
“我们相当感谢当局政府的主动与热情，也将积极投身参与Wheelg的要务、履行神赐予我们不容推卸的神圣责任。合作与尊重，是当下世界的重要议题，也是星际人民的共同需要；我们将不遗余力寻求与当局的合作，同时，也会以一切必要手段争取我们应有的地位与权利。”

Regiment`s Convoys Arrived at Wheelg
The week-long preparation has been successfully fulfilled and Convoys of Hakurei Stargaze Musketeers has reached their destination. With a temporary barrack assembled and the embassy established, the ambassador reported and marked at once the operation as a triumph.
Being the very first expansion of the Regiment, the result of this operation is no doubt an inspiration for all in her Majesty`s realm as well as a milestone of our promised glory.
Although the barrack and embassy has been set on solid ground, spokesman of the Guard addressed onward operation as under negotiation and refused to comment on any specific details about the next move.
President of the local government visited the Miko today admitting the Guard as legit participatory party and showed anticipation towards future cooperation. He mentioned that efforts from each part of the system and community are required for the terraforming project and future prosperity of Wheelg.
Some politicians question whether the local government would grant the Empire its rightful place due to their well-known dictatorship. They believe such unfairness would cause future collisions between the two parties. And either the collaboration would be a success, or a failure depends on what strategy would the Miko apply and how would the local react.
Ran Yakumo, Minister of the Foreign Office made her reply in the meeting:
“We do appreciate the hospitality offered by the local government and would certainly devote ourselves to affairs related to Wheelg as our sacred duty by the true Kami obliges. Collaborations and respects are topics of significance at current time, as well as the common need of people living galaxy wide. We no doubt seek every opportunity to work with the local on each affair. Yet we would take every necessary approach nonetheless to fight for the place and right we deserve.”
