火枪军与共产星际正式合作今日，博丽星光火枪军与共产星际正式达成合作伙伴关系。
火枪军高度认可共产星际的第八项合作条款，其对主权的尊重正是火枪军和平共处五项基本原则精神的体现。
神子表示，列强冷战、外敌入侵，此值阴晴无定、风起云涌之时，实宜合纵连横、未雨绸缪，以期济世以天道；与共产星际建交将为火枪军踏足星河舞台拉开序幕。
共产星际是由Manite劳工联盟与共产星际联盟创立的联合体，迄今已五年有余；如今其地缘辽阔、历史悠久，凝聚星河各大共产势力，是人类文明解放斗争的最前锋。
共产星际秉持人人平等、上下一心、同甘共苦的信念，为全银河的解放而奋斗。
来自魔法之森的匿名政治评论家对此表示担忧。他认为，共产星际旨在消灭奴役与压迫，火枪军现今依附于Achenar帝国的政治立场最终会导致合作破裂，甚至有兵戈相见的风险；若有不慎，大博丽帝国恐怕也会受到牵连。

Partnership Between Regiment and CI
Hakurei Stargaze Musketeers has today announced Partnership with Communism Interstellar.
The Regiment comments highly on CI Article 8 in their Articles of Association which shows remarkable respect to each nation’s sovereignty, referring it as embodiment of the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence.
The Miko stated that with superpowers at cold war and alien invasions, this is the time when all is uncertain; Hence it’s about time we join forces and plan ahead so that Kami’s will to world may spread; And with CI the first partnership the Regiment has seen will be her very prologue on the galactic scene.
Communism Interstellar is a collective union of nations founded primarily by Workers of Manite Labour Union and the Communist Interstellar Union with a history more than five years; it has spread widely across ages, brought all major communist forces together and formed the forefront of liberation for humanity.
Communism Interstellar shares the common belief that all men are born equal and strives alongside brothers and sisters towards the final goal to free the galaxy without discriminations by hierarchy.
An anonymous political commentator from Forest of Magic has sent his concerns. He points out the aim of CI to abolish slavery and oppression, might lead the partnership to a break eventually given the Achenar Empire’s political stand the Regiment now supports, or even a war; if not handled carefully, the Great Hakurei Empire might also get involved.
Ran Yakumo, Minister of the Foreign Office has replied to this matter:
“Coexistence and harmony has always been the theme of Great Hakurei Empire and Gensokyo which is as well in effect at outer space under the Regiment’s reign; But it still takes a long way to solve humanity’s corruption and self-slavery problems which have long haunted their history.
