星际联盟“星河丝路”正式成立星际联盟“星河丝路”正式宣布成立，将于3307年2月12日作为政治实体投入运转。
星河丝路（Silk Road Interstellar）是由博丽星光火枪军（Hakurei Stargaze Musketeers）、天际线有限公司（Skyline Monopoly）、信鸽船运（Pigeon Shipping Lines）共同创立的政治联盟，致力于维护银河社会的安宁与贸易秩序。
该政治组织秉持开放合作、互利共赢的态度广泛接纳未来的成员国，向各国伸出橄榄枝；也为必要时刻准备了充足的武力军备。
这与火枪军的外交理念不谋而合。
面对幻想乡内的少数不安声音，神子就此新闻做出了以下评价：

Galactic Legion Silk Road Interstellar Established
Galactic Legion Silk Road Interstellar has announced its establishment and will be operative as a political entity on 12th February 3307.
Silk Road Interstellar, a political alliance formed by Hakurei Stargaze Musketeers, Skyline Monopoly and Shipping Lines, keens on safe-guarding market order and peace throughout galactic community.
The legion opens itself for cooperating and mutual benefits, ready to accept future members and offer humanitarian services as well as adequate strength to enforce its purposes.
This happens to come to a joint with the diplomacy principles of the Regiment.
Facing a few concerns within Gensokyo, the Miko has made comments to the affair:
“Seeking allies at such vulnerable time is certainly the first option on the table. With superpowers come into conflicts and Galactic Summit lies beyond, we shall not stand isolated when unforeseen tides come to our way.
The founding of Silk Road Interstellar as a historic event marks the milestone for the regiment to set foot on the galaxy commune; as for the will of Kami, we will know when the time is ripe.”
