This mission was set by the allied/supported squadron: Cobalt

The conflict with the Raven's Scouts in the Xuane system offers an opportunity to investigate any external influences on the previous conflict in Qi Lisu.

Independent and supporting CMDRs are asked to participate in this conflict and share any data from the Conflict Zones. The Corporation Intelligence Division will then assess this information to figure out more about the data from the previous war in Qi Lisu. Those who participated in the previous war and have bad relations with the Raven's Scouts can feel free to reclaim some goodwill by joining their side. The outcome of the war itself is not particularly important (see full briefing).

However, it is a higher than usual priority to protect any Warzone Correspondents deployed, or at least, avoid destroying AAHC Correspondents. Pilots should also note that due to the higher potential for dynamic tactics on the Ravens' side, and less Spec Ops deployments on ours, joining the AAHC side will be more challenging. Be careful.

Mission details
Although the Corporation is interested in reclaiming Pontes Hub for the continuation of our Tourism operations within Xuane, victory in this war is not a priority.

We also understand that despite the relatively friendly spirit of competition in Qi Lisu since the changeover, war brings different feelings, particularly if the theory about involvement outside the Ravens or the Syndicate is correct.

Even beyond that, we do not expect to be able to consistently deploy our Spec Ops 'Shara' Squadron to many of the conflicts, and even if so, the FDL and primary Vulture will not actually be the Ace Pilots. In short, those will not be Shara One or Shara Two, do not expect the same level of performance.

Overall, this means that we completely understand if pilots are reluctant to join our side in this conflict, since we expect joining the AAHC side to be considerably more challenging due to logistics and the operational capacity of the Syndicate. AAHC resources are still focused elsewhere, dealing with the Qi Lisu and Cigui situations.

Those who join the Ravens' side to avoid the dangers of being on the disadvantaged side in a conflict, therefore, can simply gather any information about any suspicious tactics that they are involved in and report these back, if willing.

Those who join the AAHC side despite the difficulty, know that we appreciate your additional risk and contribution more than we can possibly ever express, but please consider that even if we win, this will probably turn into a protracted period of 'instability' involving even more conflicts. Do not 'burn yourself out' for this, even if we start 'winning'. Actually, especially if we start winning.
