"En Nomen Verita."

That is the mantra which the pilots of The Holy Ken'Tarii Imperium. In the old language of Latin, it translates to "In the name of truth". Most often it is said as a greeting between the CMDRs of this organization, but more often than not it also finds use as a battlecry, a phrase to rally those who would readily martyr themselves for the sake of their brothers and sisters of faith. The arch-bishop of The Ken'Tarii Mandate, Teegan Perry, and his right-hand man and Arch-Marshal of the Imperium, CMDR Antraeon Rintokken, have devoted themselves to the creation and maintenance of a religious state unlike any other within civilized space. Members of either group are often referred to by outsiders who do not know them well as cult-heads and religious kooks, and by those who do know them as talented artisans, well-versed statesmen, and formidable warriors with a terrible, inhuman resolve.

The people of The Ken'Tarii Mandate themselves are proponents of deep-space exploration and trade, while the Imperium's functions are of a primarily political and military nature. While the Ken'Tarii have already undergone their first grueling exodus from Tau Ceti and established a prosperous haven for themselves in the outer bubble, there are many within the Mandate who see the prophecy of a new home as being unfulfilled, citing the endless conflicts within neighboring space that only seems to grow larger in scale as time goes on. Nonetheless they persist and thrive, enjoying a standard of living envied by the colonists and settlers living outside of their territorial claims, as well as far within the wilds of unexplored space in uncharted colonies, practicing their beliefs and culture free from persecution or conflict by the superpowers which seek to capitulate them. Their capacity to weather such threats is unprecedented among independent groups, and it has become so ingrained within Ken'Tarii society that they take pride in emancipation and personal liberty, first and foremost, accepting its necessity as ultimate and undeniable truth. If one were to ever ask a Ken'Tarii CMDR or a citizen of the Mandate what their motivation is, or what may be the purpose for it all, there is but one answer which they will receive:

"En Nomen Verita."

THE HOLY KEN'TARII IMPERIUM is a squadron that is primarily based on Odyssey, exercising a policy of active in-game recruitment. These efforts to recruit for the squadron are often geared towards newer commanders in favor of older ones, since it is believed that the squadron you grow with as a pilot is the one which you will remain loyal to. If you're looking for a group that fosters a positive environment for newer pilots and seasoned veterans alike, then few squadrons will be able to do so as well as THKI can. We pride ourselves on our penchant to delve into deep-space for lengthy expeditions, and when we're not out in the black searching for truth and enlightenment you can often find us perched in the Ken'Tarii core-systems of Amitae, Lhanayi, and Nugua.
