The ISCA, allso known as the Interstellar Security Agency, is the Military arm of the Interstellar Scientific Authority, allso known as the ISIA.
Serving as Military Agents, the ISCA are deployed to Conflict zones as mercenaries across the Galaxy in order to study the Conflict, support local Agents, and protect civilians trying to evacuate from the area.
The ISIA represents the Scientific arm of the ISA, being the sister group to the ISCA, the ISIA is responsible for Exploring, Recording, and experimenting on new worlds, plants, and sometimes, life forms.

Because of the, unconventional methods, of both the ISCA, and the ISIA, they choose to keep their research separate to the knowledge gathered by the Canonn research group, The AXI, Aegis, and many other factions, however, both of the divisions are known to have close ties to the Empire, with it's founder being a high ranking Officer in the Imperial Navy, Elite Commander Anna Elizabeth "Karma" Rebecca Karver, and the group is allso known to have worked with the Federal Navy several times
Attempts have been made by ISCA command to improve relations with the Alliance, however, ideological issues have proven to be a problem in co-operation, and the small size of the group does not help
The ISCA's Command Ship, the ISA Necromancy, is a customised Anaconda class light Frigate, and represents the ISCA's newest experiments with new Weapons, armour, and shielding

The ISCA's most notable conflict to date was it's part in the Battle of Madrid, making several hundred million credits from the Conflict, as well as a Sizable bonus from the Pilot's Federation, Thanks to their timely intervention, the MNLA was successfully defeated in Madrid, the leaders of the MNLA captured, and peace was restored to the system.

After a short while, the ISA was able to purchase their own Fleet carrier, The ISCA Kaz's Pride, which serves as the ISA's Mobile Scientific/Military Headquarters, the ship is under the direct command of Commander Anna Karver.
