After the great battle of liberation in 2325 a small group of explorers set out to make a name for themselves in the Empire. They spent centuries roaming the space-ways while protecting traders and travelers. In 3021 their efforts were recognized and they were provided with a small territory of their own to create a small and stable realm to further the Empire's goals.
Fascinated with the ancient legends and mythology of the Phoenix, the first Duke named his new faction "Phoenix Eternals." It was his dream that his faction would continue to promote and provide a safe haven for all that called it home.
