A movement with the ultimate goal of establishing independent, democratic governance of Cheranovsky City in the Ngurii system in order to enable ommanders to purchase Soontill Relics (to unlock Elvira Martuuk and subsequent engineers) without having to support an Imperial patronage. This goal was successfully accomplished on March 21st, 3309, after nearly half a year of work, but was undone by the Imperial (and imperialist) corporation ExDronPi Enterprise in April of 3310.

The movement is primarily focused on restoring democracy in Ngurii, but also supports other independent social governments in the area, including but not limited to Heikena Union, Quechi Confederacy, and Kandji One.
