The corporation supports imperial interests across the bubble, providing swift and secure movement of high-value goods, mining and trade protection, and diplomatic services to the Empire's patrons. They loyally serve Emperor Arissa Lavigny-Duval in striving to eliminate all forms of corruption across imperial space and take great pride in their trustworthiness and integrity in handling sensitive contracts.

Founded in 3307, Odds and Ends Imperial Acquisitions has been instrumental in raising the standards of living in the Ipet system while promoting greater financial prosperity for local merchants, and ensuring increased tax revenue for the Emperor. Given their proximity to the edge of Federation space, Odds and Ends seeks to expand Imperial influence at the expense of corrupt Federation officials.

The Odd Squadron is the Imperial Security wing of Odds and Ends Imperial Acquisitions. The Imperial Corporate Charter that established Odds and Ends Imperial Acquisitions, also established the Odd Squadron with goals of security and to expand the Emperor's influence.
