Factions Description

Daily Routine Incorporated is rooted in Imperial values and beliefs with one major goal in mind, helping pilots find their way. What commanders want is the freedom and knowledge to be successful career pilots. DRInc. commanders want to show pilots the opportunities there are in the galaxy so they can influence it. We the pilots, after all, are the ones that influence and control the galaxy; we only need to know how.

Faction Leaders Backstory:

Icarus Sterling, for some time, was content to sit in an advisory capacity to anyone who sought his advice. A stern man of few words, he nonetheless used his vast experience to help improve whatever he could, laying out problems and improvements he felt could be made. The majority of the success with his advice made him well respected and at times sought after; but his interjections, however useful they might have been were not always well received and earned him the nickname "CMDR 2 Cents" This nickname often gave those unfamiliar with his renown, the impression of him being arrogant and loud, though this was far from the case. He continued to observe the galaxy around him, watching as varying groups fought amongst each other and many pilots fell into complacency, or outright quit. There was so much more out there and he wanted to see the edge of it, or at least urge others to doing so, and with the looming possibility of invasion and appearance of strange artifacts and ships; he saw a necessity for cooperation. Over the years he gathered like-minded commanders to work with him in fostering young pilots in their endeavors, be it mining, exploration, or bounties. There were at times little return, but many stayed close and their gathering of mentors and budding pilots began to grow. In time Daily Routine Incorporated was inevitably created.

Rules:

1.) An Inara account and a Discord account with matching names to your primary in-game account will be required to be considered an activeDRInc. pilot.
2.) Real life will always take precedent over the game in all cases. In other words... we do not require in game activity to stay a member.
3.) We are a gaming community built on working together and learning the game Elite: Dangerous. Respect between CMDRs should be maintained in all communications regardless of role in the community.
4.) Absolutely no griefing if you want to be DRInc. faction member
5.) No Combat Logging/Dashboarding will be allowed in any PvP scenarios.
6.) DO NOT FEED THE TROLLS!!! Elite like many games has acidic people that just want to watch the galaxy burn. Please refrain from adding to their fire.(Do as I say and not as I do. )


Coalition Rules:

1.) All wings in a coalition with DRInc. are to be treated as equals, including ambassadors not yet decided, regardless of size or experience.
2.) We will not attempt to cross recruit any members from any of our coalition members or any other player faction. If you are already apart of a player faction some communication will be needed with your old leadership before talking about joining DRInc.
