The Order of The Black Lion is a faction with a long history of service in the Empire. After pledging their allegiance to Arissa Lavigny-Duval in 3301, the Knight-Commanders of The Black Lion Order were sent to the system Kairi to promote Imperial interests and to ensure the protection of Imperial Worlds and its citizens. They are known for their diplomatic prowess, good administration and an excellent nose for business. Through economic and militaristic actions they are able to build a sphere of influence by making a series of investments and acquisitions and as such use their portfolio of assets against local leaders. The Black Lion Order strives to carve out their own kingdom in the name of the Empire!
