Memory plaque in memory of Rook
The Rook Platoon was an interstellar fraternity of Miners, Traders, Bounty and Xeno Hunters founded in October of 3306. The fraternity grew immensely during this period becoming a criminal syndicate obsessed with profit, forgetting their old nomadic ways. They hide in a fringe system of the bubble, out of sight from all major powers and factions that would have interest in their activities. However this enclave has not forgotten the fraternity it was built on, and to this day it offers its inititiates more wealth and power than they could have ever imagined stepping out of the Pilot's Federation liscence distribution centers, in hopes they may join this syndicate and its mysterious activites.
To this day, we accept and promote all play styles in the Elite Dangerous galaxy.
IMPORTANT READ THIS
Formerly broken due to a coup de etat done by Landstrider Legion members due to the erratic actions of its former leader. Albeit the previous leader's actions were not nice, it was better to discuss them rather than do a whole squadron in secret to poach from ROOK. In the end, Landstrider Legion failed because they did not have the same thing that made Rook great: leadership engagement. Landstrider legion met its end when members asked for this engagement, and Sidewinder Syndicate was able to deliver a better environment than Land ever did. A squadron made of leaders that just wanted to be leaders and had no moral responsibility to be leaders resulted in the end of them. Let it be known that Sidewinder Syndicate killed Landstrider Legion, avenging Rook by doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING . Landstrider Legion played more in its downfall than any external organizaiton ever made.
