This document outlines the current standing policies and general orders within the Belligerent Renegades and Federal Constitutionalists (FedCon) navy.Definition of terms
Member pilot: Member of the Belligerent Renegades squadron
belligerent: A hostile entity, incl. factions, squadrons, or Commanders that have engaged in open hostility against the FedCon faction, this Squadron, or its members and allies.

Directive One
The Prime Directive of the FedCon navy is a general non-aggression stance against other Pilots Federation factions, pilots, and organizations. Engaging in hostile acts against non-belligerent Cmdr Factions or their Squadrons is prohibited under this directive. Violation of this directive is subject to review and potential discharge.
- Engagement of Pilots Federation (Cmdr) belligerents Member pilots should not engage in initial acts of hostility against against (Player) factions or Squadrons, but may act defensively as needed. This includes avoidance of wars, elections, and civil wars with factions sponsored by a Squadron.
- Commander vs Commander Cmdr vs Cmdr hostility is commonly limited to defensive actions but hostile action is permitted in Conflict Zones and Community Goals where appropriate. Pilots who have chosen to engage in Mobius protocols should avoid all Cmdr vs Cmdr action and report it to the Mobius Authorities.
