Lambast MercyYes, Fdev didn't wanna miss out on the sweet Console cash so they made Elite controller friendly (as they could) from the start.

OtohaKnightwolf 1785This makes me wonder how it's going to go for the Xbox and PlayStation commanders. More so on how the controllers are going to be setup and using some of the menus.
Elite controller owners bypass this dilemma. Especially if you have the series 2. Just load up your flight setup on one profile and the FPS setup on another. Just a quick button press on the controller to swap between.
Good luck to you PC folks figuring that out though

Needed a new controller anyway so I treated myself to a Series 2 and have been trying it out this weekend...
Absolute game changer. Even with just the four shift paddles it has helped me map out all of my key binds straight away.
I'm a big fan of earning your merits but, yeah, it's made a big difference for me.
Otoha
ED is the only game I've ever actually used the paddles for. Otherwise the only feature i use often is the match triggers, which are FPS game changers and will help with Odyssey i bet

ED is my main game, I don't really play much else, so it's a massive thing for me.
I've got the trigger set up on the secondary one that I've binded (bound?) to "honk"... I find it's helped me, and I've got my right pad tighter than my left, I find it gives me better control (the left thumbpad is the long stemmed one too). I set both triggers for combat.
It's good that there's so many ways to change things till they suit our individual gameplay styles better. I'm still experimenting.
CMDR.Cephalosi find the solution simple...fps=keyboard and mouse, on ship=grab my trusty thrust master 14000 mcs+pedals and go fly kites with it. It does require a bit of desktop space. your average study table desktop in the corner of the room is not gonna cut it
you cant match the accuracy of the mouse to a thumbstick it just wont happen.

EpisparhIf someone haven't figured it out yet:
You can recall Apex and empty your backpack so you can pick more stuff.
On a side note: I have obtained all mats for suit upgrade but the option is grayed.
Tigger
Where did you find the manufacturers instructions?
TiggerI heard someone removed the regulator after they finished a restoration mission.
