He's not, he's making a joke referring to a magazine called Big Issue which is given to homeless people to sell so they can begin to make an income again.

I’m wondering why you’d need a thermonuclear weapon when things like plasma accelerators exist. The lore description of them in atmospheres is terrifying.

Hi commanders I have been playing elite now for about 2 years with a break for about 6 months. I am currently in Atlas wing but I am on GMT time zone and most of the wing are US time zones so as they r coming on I am off to bed Atlas is a great wing and I have had fun under there wing so to speak. I would like to have a more social game play experience there for are there any UK based wings around that would like a new reasonably experienced "but STILL learning the finer points of this great game" member. I am playing on an Xbox one although when I first played elite it was on a Commador Amiga lol. Here's hopping and "fly safe badly"

Nuclear warhead gives off radiation poisoning, which causes more casualties than just the plasma accelerator blast damage alone!!
