Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

And...
...new Inara update - mostly just minor improvements and fixes, but also new feature: Private messaging! You will find it under your CMDR profile, rest is self-explanatory as I hope.
Also, I want here to congratulate Ghost Squadron for passing 50 members mark and 6th Interstellar Corps for such fast growth! It clearly shows that active wing leaders, members and good promotion can do miracles. I must also mention that I never imagined that logbooks here on Inara will be so popular and I must express thanks to all of you writing your stories here. I want especially point out logbooks from Loriath, Grifs Astoni, Shadowmatty and Albert to name just few, but there are more great logbooks. And of course also thanks to you all for great images like this from Skipp, Enrogue's men, Victoria's dreamy "landscapes" and many, many more. Nice job everyone!

Wilkie: Well, all the "non-fiction" records like achievements, credit&assets inputs and also fleet are dated in real time (except flight logs, that are partially tied to "fictional" logbooks), it seemed to be more clear to users.
But it's easy to change everything to fictive in-game date - what others think?

This is not the case... You can only scoop O, B, A, F, G, K, M class stars.

Yes, I will add that. Unfortunately, new Coriolis export format is nice for imports, but not so nice for simple text parsing as EliteShipyard exports, so I need to change how are ship configurations handled first. But, it will be there probably in the next Inara update or update after that.
BDArtie: I participated in the community goal "Secure BD-22 3573". As it is finished now it seems i can't update the progress for it. Or i'm looking at the wrong place. It's been completed at tier 1/1 on sunday. Is there a way to update it from a user side?
I disabled it temporarily as there was a bug with editing goals after their end. But, it should be fixed now, so please edit this goal as needed.

I don't know if this was already answered but here I go:
We could have advanced notifications:
-Mentions - to notify the same CMDR we mentioned
- a specific elite themed sound for when a notification arrives(like "transmission received" or just a blip")(notifications from CMDR's Log, Wing, Discuss, News and Gallery maybe)
-some sort of config to customize everyone's account on notifications
This should help notify all of us instead of refreshing the same page

About auto-refreshed notifications: I am sorry, but it probably doesn't happen. Even when checking for new events/messages each 5-10 minutes it may generate thousands of "unwanted" requests per hour to web server, just to return that there is no new event. It may also lead to the state that private messaging will be taken more like chat than "e-mail", which further produce even more requests and more database records (as people tends to use shorter sentences on more sends while chatting). So notifications are now processed during common page activity and are easily noticeable without sound, too
