Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

I hope this is the right place for a (minor) query. I am a PS4 ED player who uses INARA often; particularly for tracking engineering mats. I noticed a possible bug or I might just be being stupid
.When I compare:
CMDR-->Cargo and crafting-->Crafting lists-->Blueprints (28xProto Heat Radiators missing*) with CMDR-->Cargo and crafting-->Crafting lists-->Missing components-->Manufactured (7 items missing including 28xProto Heat Radiators*). What are the 6 extra manufactured items for?

Your "crafting" page is locked. Ha ha .. Maybe mine is too*. In any case, my 'synthesis' page just has some missing raw mats. There are no manufactured mats missing there. My 'Tech Broker' page is MT (empty! Get it?). I'm still confused why there are more manufactured mats reported missing when nothing seems to require them. There is a possibility something is screwed somewhere?

* hmmm. Mine was locked! Fixed. I have set my privacy settings (Settings-->Commander privacy settings-->Share my cargo page) to 'Yes (default)' to allow public visibility of my cargo page.

Background information: Our player minor faction is already confirmed by Frontier and active. Our minor Faction is even visible on INARA, but not our Players Faction. Hope someone can help - THX
In your the Minor Faction page click the "edit" button and set "Player Faction" to Yes.

I have a request for the crafting list/missing component and I hope to be able to explain it without being too complicated.
I was thinking something like a way to filter the crafting blueprints so that the missing component list shows only the item needed for the selected blueprints.
I mean: I can put ten different mods I'd like to achieve, let's say 5 for 2 ships each. I would like to select only the five for the first ship to know what I'm missing without having the total list of missing components for both ships.
I hope to have been able to explain my idea. It should be easy: an icon to mark the BP you want to list the components and a filter in the overall missing component list based on the marked BP.
Let me know if this could be interesting for the others CMDRs as well.

Void Opal Prices seem to be way way out of date for some reason. Not checked other commodities myself but something is fishy about Vopal Prices on the top sellers list that are 227 days out of date.

When formatting a squadron description, using dimensions on an image just puts the text in the description. It shows in the non-view source, but does not show in the preview below editing.

It means that the prices dropped generally after update, as expected. You only see those stations at "top sellers" list because they have old (pre-update) data

In your /galaxy-techbroker/ page I can see how many of each component / material I own, which is great (thanks) but wondering if we can make this include the max number a CMDR can hold - e.g 187/300
May not be possible but would be handy.
