Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Any specific feedback about it? You can switch under My profile to the old version otherwise.
CupcoTime for my complaint about the new INARA. I used to be able to highlight and copy the system name that I was in in Data: Nearest. Now I can't.
It should be still possible, how it is behaving exactly that it doesn't work? Also, you can click the small icon right next to the star system name to copy its name into the clipboard (which is easier that to select and copy, I guess).

CupcoI am using EDMC to update my location in Inara in real time. In Nearest, the system is given as the reference system. No way to highlight and copy via Ctrl-C and there is no icon in that position.
Ah, in the input, that's an interesting use. I am curious - why are you doing that? No objections, of course, it seems just quite unusual so I would like to know the reason behind it before making any changes (which is not so trivial problem as it may look like).

CupcoI use it to quickly input my current system into other 3rd party tools. Because unlike your wonderful site, they don't update automatically.
I see, unfortunately, it's not so easy to adjust (it's caused by the library for extended form selects/inputs used) and it seems to be deep down in how it works, so simple changes may cause other unexpected problems. So, meanwhile, please use either your CMDR page or star systems search page. On both places is your actual location, easy to copy.
Peter DrakonA bug maybe: I can't seem to be able to change (or even set) the ship's role. Description and image can be changed, but whatever I write into role, it just vanishes after save.

LosbotI have to say, I personally prefer the menu layout of the current (older) version. Also, when searching for commodities, I can see more with the older version versus the newer one. The font is smaller and allows for more data on the screen.
I'll contribute $ towards improving the existing UI. :-)
Thanks! I will still do some tuning for the new Inara version, there is however no further work planned for the current/old version, except the critical fixes, compatibility adjustments and similar. I want to focus on improving and further enhancing the new version than getting buried in the old one.
EpisparhArtie, what is different in "Game talk" and other topics. On mobile "Game talk" spans out of my mobile screen in portrait mode and since I cannot zoom I miss like 20% of the text.

HaLfY47Greetings! Just wanted to remind that the new "Unclassified Relics" aren't still recognized on Inara. I have a bunch on my carrier, and after updating it's data, they aren't shown on Inara's carrier cargo manifest.
