Ship details

FSS Sine Paenitentia, a Heavy Cannon ship was commissioned to put a theory to test, that large slow carrier style ships could still have a place in the combat world. Never tested against the elite combat pilots, and with many upgrades and engineering projects slated for it, it leaves much to be desired, perhaps once the construction and testing of said vessel is complete it may yet prove useful.
