Purchased as the third phase in the Maquis fleet development. In 3308 the council approved additonal spending into a dedicated mining vessel after pressure from the Military divisions to increase funds and resource allocations. The hope is to develop a self sufficient mining operation to fund and support future fleet carrier projects.
