Sold Out by Allies

I find it unfathomable how a PMF can request assistance from another and then betray those who come to help. But that's indeed the case here. See we received a call for assistance by Alchemy Den so I grabbed a wingman and proceeded to 70 Virginis to asses the situation and see if we could indeed be of assistance, ADLN was embroiled in a war for the system with another PMF id: TCTF well I got to the station Fawcett Hub without incident refueled and launched as soon as I cleared the Docking Bay I get lit up by a TCTF pilot using long-range weapons so he's outside of the stations no fire zone but I'm trapped within so I cant fire back"What the hell" I said to my Wingman it's like they knew we were coming. at the time I didn't know how right I was, anyway I viewed this as an unprovoked attack on myself and my wingman so HJHF officially joined ADLN little war.
After a week or two of back and forth with neither side making any headway and after hunting down every TCTF ship my squadron and our allies caught away from the station one TCTF Pilot chose to contact me and my squadron well the story he told didn't add up and he was actively trying to get us to change sides in this war. (Something I wouldn't do simply because of it being a point of honor) my gut said we were being played by both sides
So we investigated the inconsistencies and decided to call both sides to the table for a sit-down that's when it came out ADLN leader had informed TCTF we were coming and claimed we had already joined the war (although as I said we were only assessing the information and hadn't committed as of yet until we were shot at) so The ADLN leader not only lied to the enemy he also committed betrayal by informing TCTF wrongly that we had joined forces with them.
I mean seriously what WTF? Even if we had already committed what Leader provides the enemy with details on their force strength and movements of allies?
If it were up to me I would recommend his squadron members relieve him of command. but it's not up to me nor is the decision not to issue a KOS order on his PMF, after all, I'm only a first officer so those decisions are above my pay so I shall abide (I am after all also chief of security and how would that look if I ignored orders? No, I think instead Ill simply bend them a little so if I catch ADLN in our territories they will get one warning to leave, If they don't comply Ill make them fire first by insisting they "donate" whatever cargo they might be carrying Whether they want to or not, If they willingly Donate than I will indeed let them go as long as they leave our territory but if they fight or refuse to leave or refuse to "donate" well then I gave them a chance. Dont get me wrong as a rule I avoid and even frown upon acts of piracy but as I see it this squadron, these traitors, need to pay compensation for our time and for selling us out.
