The Crystal Shards
Departed from the carrier I proceeded to the next Waypoint. Many CMDRs were already there and as usual I was one of the last ones to arrive. So, next I discovered an Earth Like World and a couple of interesting gas giants.
While proceeding on my way to the Waypoint, I received a Comms message from one of my friends. He had discovered a system with a body containing Crystal Shards. Seems it was common to find these Shards in this sector as he alone discovered other systems having them. He sent me the co-ordinates and jumped in to take a look. Apart from the volcanic area there was these shards as well, however the gravity was quite heavy to run about.
Next I scanned a planet with a couple of Biological samples and landed exactly next to a couple of mountains. The itch was intensifying to climb one of these mountains. I remembered back in the old days there were a lot of events being organised with regards to climbing mountains. It was quite a laborious job to manage to deal with gravity and high slopes. Once you get tumbling down, there's nothing stopping you and you normally end up exploding your SRV finishing frozen inside your escape capsule. Happened a couple of times, however we were a team and you end up back on your ship in no time.
After scanning the last Biological sample, I boosted up and headed to my next destination, Waypoint 8. Byooe Thio AA-A g1 (Bary’s Wonderland) - While there are many exceptional aspects about this system, including its overwhelming size [the secondary star is 356,000ls from entry], the most remarkable are the three Class IV gas giants on the primary star, which are operating in a barycenter orbit. Two of the gas giants are 3 ls from one another, leading to a remarkable view between the planets only visible in such orbital alignment.
The system as a whole contains three B-class stars and an A-class in binary orbit with one of the B-class. The outermost B-class star revolves in a barycenter orbit with the primary and binary stars, making its orbital period a remarkable 1.6million days [4,400 years] at a distance 337,000ls from the primary star. This star contains its own collection of planets, including a Class V gas giant, the closest orbit. There is also a terraformable water world orbiting this distant star. Not for the faint of heart, this system’s complexity offers a magnificent experience for all explorers willing to invest the time to uncover its majesty.
The system is also a green system containing all jumponium materials, which was definitely needed for our next Waypoint after this one.

Everyone had arrived, and the official carriers were packed with CMDRs, cheering, drinking, and laughing. Seems I arrived quite late for the party, however there was a good restaurant and had dinner that evening. I nearly forgot to dump in my cartographic data. Once handed that in, I proceeded to the Vista Genomics Lab and handed all my Exobiology data. A for a Comms message and ran to my ship to check it out. It was a special message from the Pilot's Federation awarding me the forth Exobiology Prestige Elite rank. I was simply delighted. I was tired, however with such news demanded a good drink to celebrate, so I headed to the bar and ordered drinks for all! o7
