I've been making my way out to Beagle Point and didn't experience any issues until the Neutron Star at Dryiqau TK-F d11-13 caused my canopy to breach as well as many other internal module failures. I first tried seeking out help at the Olympossu in system Flyooe Pri UK-B b18-6 (roughly 1800ly away). When arriving there I was disappointed to learn that the Fleet Carrier wasn't present. I then headed out to the Deep Space Support Array's Pegasus Fleet Carrier which was roughly 5100ly away in Byua Aowsy MR-N d6-19 and was able to dock and successfully repair my Diamondback Explorer.
