Day 2 Beagle Point Trip

Today was a full day in space. I departed DSSA Sesame at 10:45am on the 2nd leg of my journey which would take me to Explorer's Anchorage. The leg was plotted out as 158 jumps but due to having to switch to scoopable stars once during the trip, it ended up taking me 159 jumps. This puts me at 360 jumps total through 2 legs of my trip. As many of the systems I visited today were undiscovered, including one with 82 bodies in it, I gained over 94.1 million credits when I turned in my exploration data at Explorer's Anchorage, which I arrived at around 5:45pm. 82 bodies is the most I've ever discovered in a single system, however, the previous record of 78 included 2 TWW and a ELW. the 82 body system was a single star, about 15 gas giants, and a whole mess of small icy moons.

After a relaxing dinner at Explorer's Anchorage, I decided to get a head start on the 3rd leg of my journey. This would be the 1st leg into regions that I had never visited before. This leg takes me from Explorer's Anchorage to DSSA HSRC Limpet's Call. The leg was plotted for 116 jumps., As I didn't depart Explorer's Anchorage until 7:20pm, I didn't expect to reach Limpet's Call before I turned in for the night. I decided to call it a day and brought my ship to a stop in a previously undiscovered system just across the border into the Ryker's Hope region at about 10:15pm. Over 10 hours of flight time today (minus the almost 2 hour layover at Explorer's Anchorage).

I have about 55 more jumps to do to reach Limpet's Call, which given my current rate of jumps/hour should take me a little over 2 hours to complete. I plan on stopping for the day at Limpet's Call as I'm going to have to do a little research on the best way to get from there to Beagle Point. I figure there will be at least 2 more legs, but which DSSA Fleet Carrier I will end the 4th leg of my trip at I do not know. Leg 4 looks like it might be the longest leg of my trip and may take me 2 full days of travel. After that the 5th leg should be a relatively short one and find me arriving at Beagle Point. The 5th leg may require that I go well out of a direct route however so it may take me a day or 2 to finish even though straight line distance would be the shortest leg of my trip.
